podular STAND podcast: the butterscotchmen episode

I’m not sure how you’ve done it, but somehow, with an iron will and steely disinterest, you’ve managed to go all of six weeks and more without hearing the thoughts of popular STAND’s London exiles. Well, go without no longer, for the good fanzine doth provide a sixth episode of the Doncaster Rovers podcast, podular STAND, for your enjoyment.

Earlier this week popular STAND editor Glen Wilson, was joined by regular contributors James McMahon and Jack Peat to talk all things Rovers into a microphone, and so in episode six, we look back at Doncaster’s win at Leyton Orient – as well as the plight of the O’s plus other recent away games at Cambridge and Crawley.

Why has Andy Williams become some fans’ whipping boy? Who would you call if Andy Warrington came down your chimney? What is the best or worst type of half-time entertainment? And, what should Doncaster Rovers nickname be?

All this and more is almost answered in the latest podcast, which is available to listen to now on iTunes, and also on Soundcloud, below.
